Why Porta-Sloane exists

Porta-Sloane Advisory provides embedded interim executive leadership and targeted advisory support so organizations can maintain momentum, strengthen their foundations, and hand over to permanent leadership in a stronger position.

Zandi Zungu, MBA
Zandi Zungu founded Porta-Sloane Advisory to support nonprofit organizations through leadership transitions, restructuring, and operational challenges.
Drawing on experience in nonprofit environments in both the United States and the United Kingdom, Zandi brings an approach that is both empathetic and analytical, attentive to people while focused on governance, operational clarity, and financial stewardship.
